Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set forth the conditions governing the use of the online store “MIROS” (the “Service”) operated by Sancta Co., Ltd. (the “Company”).
By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between the Company and users in connection with the use of the Service.
Any policies published in connection with the Service, including the Privacy Policy and Return Policy, shall form an integral part of these Terms.
Article 2 (Eligibility)
Users shall use the Service at their own responsibility.
If a minor uses the Service, consent from a legal guardian must be obtained.

Users shall ensure that their registration information is accurate and kept up to date.
Users are responsible for the management of their account information, and may not transfer or lend their account to any third party.
In the event of unauthorized use, the Company reserves the right to suspend the account.
Article 4 (Purchase of Products)
Orders placed by users constitute an offer to purchase. A sales contract is deemed concluded when the Company sends an order confirmation.
The Company reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

Products are out of stock or other unavoidable circumstances arise
Returns and exchanges are governed by the separately established Returns & Refund Policy.

For defective products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery

Returns for customer preference are accepted within 14 days of delivery, limited to unopened and unused items

Sale items and opened products are not eligible for return
Article 5 (Pricing and Payment)
Product prices are those displayed at the time of order.
Prices include consumption tax unless otherwise stated.
Shipping fees are displayed separately.
Users warrant that they will use a valid payment method.
Article 6 (Delivery)
Products will be delivered to the address designated by the user.
Delivery is deemed completed upon arrival at the specified address.
In the event of damage during transit, the Company will coordinate with the carrier to provide appropriate support.
The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, traffic conditions, or other circumstances beyond its control.
Article 7 (Intellectual Property)
All intellectual property rights related to trademarks, logos, images, text, and designs displayed on the Service belong to the Company or their respective rights holders.
Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or commercial use is prohibited.
Article 8 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users shall not engage in the following acts:

If a violation is identified, the Company may suspend the account and pursue compensation for damages.

Products are provided “as is,” except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The Company’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the relevant order.
This limitation shall not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
Article 10 (Changes and Suspension of the Service)
The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service without prior notice.
Article 11 (Amendments to the Terms)
The Company may revise these Terms as necessary.
Revised Terms shall take effect upon publication on this website.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
