Article 1 (Policy)
At MIROS, we are committed to providing a seamless and reassuring shopping experience through attentive and sincere service. Should you wish to request a return or exchange, please feel free to contact us.
Article 2 (Defective Products)
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our expense.
If a replacement is not available due to stock limitations, a refund will be provided.
Article 3 (Returns for Customer Preference)
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Returns will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer.
Article 4 (Return Procedure)
If you wish to request a return, please contact us in advance at info@miros.jp. We will provide instructions for the return process. Please ship the item within 7 days after receiving return approval.
Returns sent without prior notice cannot be accepted.
Article 5 (Refunds)
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping fees and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
