MIROS currently offers shipping within Japan. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us by email.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days after confirmation.
Please note:

Orders are not processed on weekends, public holidays, or designated company holidays

Processing times may vary depending on order volume and product availability
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout. Free shipping promotions may apply for orders above a certain amount.
4. Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via our designated carrier. We are unable to accommodate requests for specific carriers. If available, you may select your preferred delivery date and time at checkout.
5. Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, traffic, carrier circumstances, or peak periods. We appreciate your understanding that delays beyond our control may occur.
6. Failed Delivery / Refusal of Receipt
If an order is not collected within the carrier’s holding period, it will be returned to us.
In such cases:

Re-shipment will require an additional shipping fee

If the order is cancelled, a refund may be issued after deducting round-trip shipping costs and any applicable expenses
7. Incorrect Address
If the shipping address provided is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed or the package may be returned. Additional shipping fees for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
8. Damage During Transit
If your order arrives damaged or defective due to transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the situation and provide appropriate support.
9. Storage After Delivery
Please store products away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humidity after receipt.
We are not responsible for any changes in product quality resulting from storage conditions.
